The Person

As the Chef de Partie , you'll inspire and oversee the commis chefs in preparing food for guests, as well as catering for functions. Building strong rapport with the front of house team, you'll collaborate closely to swiftly fulfil guest preferences. While a qualification in professional cookery would be advantageous, indispensable is relevant industry experience at the Chef de Partie level. Flexibility is key, as working hours may vary to accommodate the dynamic needs of the business.
