Contract Manager
Central London
£60,000 - £65,000 + Package

Are you a skilled Contract Manager looking for a new challenge in Central London? Do you have experience managing building services contracts and leading teams to deliver high-performance results? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Our client, a leading Building Services Provider, is seeking a proactive and experienced Contract Manager to oversee operations across three key sites in Central London. You will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 7 engineers, ensuring top-quality service delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance and facilities management services across three sites.
  • Lead and develop a team of engineers, ensuring high performance and compliance.
  • Manage budgets, contract performance, and service delivery standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Contract Manager in the building services maintenance sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and service level agreements effectively.
  • Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., HVAP, IOSH, NEBOSH) are desirable.
Package & Benefits:
