We'd love for you to join our Apex family and working over your 9 - 15-month placement, you will participate in ongoing training & development, across our key operational departments within Apex Hotels to support your personal and professional skills progression therefore We ask that you take pride in your work and have a willingness to learn. This is a vital role in the function of the hotel and ultimately the service provided to our guests enhances their stay.
During your placement you may have the opportunity to gain experience within an additional operational department to assist you in furthering your development As well as gain knowledge of our menus and food and alcohol standards whilst working across bars, restaurants, conferences, and room service facilities. You will embrace every opportunity to create extra special moments for our guests and provide a personal experience our guests will want to share.
