Ellis Mack Recruitment is working with an independent, multi-site Restaurant and Bar operator looking to recruit an experienced Restaurant Supervisor for their high-volume restaurant in Glasgow. Set within chic modern interiors, delivering the most vibrant of cuisine.
This role is suited to career motivated Supervisor to join this dynamic, expanding operation.

Role/Responsibilities:

• Most aspects of day-to-day management of restaurant operations, including financials
• Maintain standards across the operation
• A Hands-on operational position, providing support dealing with all operational issues on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensuring first class standard of service throughout all sites

Skills/Experience:

• Have experience in a similar high quality/high volume operation
• A first-hand approach, leads from front
• Customer-driven
• The successful applicant will have proven experience history in a similar quality operation
• Good longevity
• Driven to motivate consistently and always maintain the highest standards
