The Place

Our client a leading Scottish-based venue renowned for offering high-quality food and service with a rapidly expanding portfolio of services which can be tailored to meet most business enquiries now has an opportunity for a Site Director at a high-profile site on the Central Belt of Scotland.

 

The Job:

As Site Director you will be responsible for sustained growth of turnover and net operating profits by overseeing the management of the catering and kitchen teams in delivering culinary and customer service excellence. You will implement and maintain service standards and develop the team through coaching and training. Setting budgets and targets and maintaining Health & Safety standards at this high-profile venue, you will be responsible for managing and supporting this strong team of HODs along with overseeing all daily operational matters relating to the venue. Additionally, you will be accountable for all rota’s, payroll, achieving the set budgets and targets, and maintaining Health & Safety standards whilst ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved.

 

The Person:

It is essential that you will have experience of managing a highly complex multi-site F&B operation preferably at another high-profile venue/stadia or a large resort-type Hotel operation. Drive and determination to really move the operation forward, reviewing the client base and increasing the food offer accordingly, with a view to increasing sales. Flexible and focused you will have excellent leadership and man management skills with the ability to train and develop the team. Knowledge of marketing and an understanding of food trends, excellent personal presentation and communication skills will be required for this Site Director role.
