70,000 - 80,000 + Bonus (up to 20%)

We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a 100,000+ sqft multi-customer warehouse. This is a high-impact role in a fast-growing logistics business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Operations - Oversee daily warehouse operations, drive efficiency, and ensure timely, cost-effective service.
  • Client & Team Management - Build strong customer relationships while leading and developing a high-performing team.
  • Financial & Performance Oversight - Manage budgets, track KPIs, and optimise processes for growth.
  • Compliance & Optimisation - Ensure adherence to safety and industry standards while continuously improving workflows.

About You:

Logistics & Supply Chain expertise (UK market knowledge essential)
Proven success in a General Manager or similar senior role
Strong commercial, leadership, and problem-solving skills
