BRITAIN'S toughest pub where children and phones are prohibited has reopened.

At Fox and Goose, a Samuel Smith pub in Droitwich, Worcestershire, that was closed in October 2019 because customers were drinking too much.

Brewery boss Humphrey Smith was horrified when he turned up at The Fox & Goose in October 2019 and eavesdropping on a customer pronouncing the F-word.

'We gently warn people when they're cursing, and if they do it again they're being told to go.

Mr Smith, 76, who runs 300 pubs across the UK, has now agreed to reopen The Fox & Goose in Droitwich, Worcs, subject to the tenant being "clean."

It was closed in October 2019 for a customer saying the f-word and until recently was still operating

The rules are also not enforced by searches made on Google or the updating of social media.

The pub does not at present offer meals and only accepts cash.
