Britannia has named the UK's worst hotel chain for the ten year running.

Britannia has been named Britain's worst hotel chain for a tenth year in a row.
The Britannia hotel was only given two out of five stars in the annual survey by consumer group Which? in categories such as cleanliness, bed comfort and value for money, resulting in only 56 per cent satisfaction.
The guests gave the chain an average of two stars in each category, with a satisfaction rate of only 56%.
Britannia has 61 hotels throughout the UK, including the Adelphi Hotel in Liverpool and the Grand Hotel in Scarborough.
One poll described today 's British patrons as 'tired and tatty ', with a 'rough and ready' sensation.
The next worst hotel chains were Mercure or Juries Inn/Leonardo, both scoring 58%.
The first place was dominated by Premier Inn at 78%
Those who took part in the survey paid on average £89 a night for a night stay in the Premier Inn, compared with £119 at a Britannia hotel.
