Chef Mark Donald leads new restaurant at the Glenturret

The 26 cover Glenturret Lalique Restaurant opens "this spring" and will taste food only displaying the terroir and the local offerings.
As the first distillery to offer fine dining, the Lalique is run by the ex-top Balmoral chef Mark Donald.
He then moved to London, where he took a directorship at two Michelin-starred Hibiscus before travelling to Sydney, Australia, where he worked as Chef at progressive eatery Bentley for four years.
Mark took the baton from Balmoral Michelin Star restaurant in 2018 after a 13-year stint while overseas.
The menu will showcase contemporary Scottish culinary innovation built upon the foundation of the country's established French cuisine, and concentrate on local terroir and products.
