Fifty jobs on offer as restaurant chain opens its first Scottish site

Caribbean Bar and Restaurant Turtle Bay is planning a recruiting day in a bid to recruit 50 new staff to the start of its first Scottish site.
Most of them (approx. 50) will feature on a special recruitment day.
The day includes face to face interviews and group activities as well as a short online evaluation.
The company said in a statement: "Through this event, Turtle Bay hopes to fill 50 remaining jobs available at the new venue, with available positions in the kitchen, bar, and front of house team that will provide experience and growth
opportunities to applicants throughout different stages of their career."
Gemma Lewis, operations manager at Turtle Bay said: "The right people will be fast learners who will pick up those skills as they go! We can't wait to meet the enthusiastic new recruits who will become our first Scotland team."
