Fulham Shore, which owns Greek restaurant brands Franco Manca and The Real, is up against the Japanese grocer Toridoll in a £93 million deal.
Famous for its sourdough recipe, Franco Manca was first created in Brixton in 2008 and has developed into one of London's largest and most popular pizza chains, with 70 locations across the UK.
We believe that both companies boast the potential for significant future growth at home and abroad.
Owner Fulham Shore said it expected the company's revenues to reach a record £100 million in 2023.
