The concept behind the restaurant is based on the 1930s drinking caves in Tokyo and on the famous Japanese restaurant called "kissa" which was a popular jazz place at the time.
The Mayfair restaurant located at the tip of King Street will move into a staggering Art Deco building that spans three floors with luxuriant vaulted private dining rooms downstairs
Dishes on offer include cod, stewed beef loin and a typical "Lucky Cat" duck created by Ramsay and Lucky Cat chef Andre Camilo.
Sharing his excitement for the project, Gordon Ramsay, also referencing Manchester 'I've toured and worked in much of Asia over the years, and the culture, the flavours, and the incredible cooking truly inspire me.
