Gordon Ramsay offers a new restaurant in the St James Quarter

As first announced by MCA, BigHospitality's sister facility, Gordon Ramsay Restaurant Group's will open on Levels four and five as part of the Ribbon Estate of the development.
Gordon Ramsay Street Burger will open inside the Ribbon building at Levels 4 and 5 of St James Quarter, across the road from the Everyman cinema, due to open in April this year.
The 5.600 square foot unit, which will be twice as tall, will feature a gaming lounge, a DJ booth and an interior designed by Russell Sage Studio as part of Gordon Ramsay Restaurant Group's goal to 'elevate' its street burger menu across Edinburgh.
Nick Peel, Chief Executive Officer of St James Hospitals said: "It's been a big week for St James Quarter with a number of iconic brands confirmed to be joining the family.
