The campaign - which is aimed specifically at younger workers, raising awareness of hospitality as a career-rich profession - has now reached more than 50% of people in the UK under the age of 30 and has

reportedly raised £1 million in funds.

More than 90.000 job vacancies are advertised to date at VIPs "bespoke job forum that has received more than 800.000 views.

"These incredible results mark a significant step towards addressing the ongoing challenges in the sector's job market and its image as an appealing sector in which to work," - Mark McCulloch

Thanks to the work of the Hospitality Rising Team and its supporters on its website, one in three job-prospectors now considers that the hospitality profession is now a working area, versus only one in five in

August 2021. Some 75% of 18-30 year olds say that the campaign encourages them to work in the hospitality sector.

Hospitality Rising describes its TikTok campaign as an especially successful one.

Three episodes of the channel in the past 12 months that involved 19 creators and 22 pieces of unique content have clocked up 3 million views, 60.000 clicks and 16.000 impressions.

Overall, the campaign has attracted 64 million views on all social channels.
