Black Sheep Hotels boss Sanjay Narang has unveiled The Company's latest ventures into the Highland hospitality sector and predicts the area's popularity will rise beyond a summer sojourn.

Black Sheep Hotels has hosted over 1.250 guests in its hotels and restaurants in two weeks.

The group has created more than 80 jobs in the last three years-including adding a spa to its flagship Whispering Pine Lodge hotel on the shores of Loch Lochy to provide six self-catering cabins and a further two in the iconic Cluanie Inn in Glenmoriston.

Among the new additions to Black Sheep Hotels, are eight new cottages, a new restaurant in Fort William and the building of a bakery on Skye road.

The addition of the self-service booths expands the total range with 19 bedrooms.

His popular Asian eatery Tiger on the Wall in Inverness, serving Indian and Oriental food, has become popular, boasting 65 takeaway orders in a weekend when it opened last year.

Tiger on the Wall, which sells Indian and Oriental street food in Fort William's High Street, began by opening a restaurant of the same name in the Highland capital last year.

All of these new establishments will open in the coming weeks, along with a new spa, The Little Spa & Lounge, at the Group's flagship, The Whispering Pine Lodge.
