Hyatt to debut new luxury hotel brand for Britain in the Borders

Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced today that it had entered into a franchiseum agreement with a Hyatt subsidiary to run a franchise on Hyatt and Hilton properties.
Hyatt has concluded a franchise contract with the 12.18.
The full-service luxury property will mark the debut of the Destination by Hyatt brand in Scotland and the UK, reaffirming Hyatt's planned growth of its luxury resort brands across Europe.
The former charm estate that has been established will now completely be transformed into a luxurious retreat until the end of 2022, with 58 rooms and suites, and 12 holiday homes, complementing existing facilities.
A further 49 holiday homes are set to open by 2024.
Roxburghe Castle Hotel & Golf Course will have two superb restaurants, three bars and two lounges serving local, regional and seasonal Scottish produce.
