Scottish chefs Paul Tamburrini and Martin Wishart lead gourmet restaurant at Cameron House

The new bar, titled Tamburrini & Wishart, will now open on 1 August and will provide "a contemporary and innovative dining experience inspired by Scotland's natural larder"
Scottish chefs Paul Tamburrini and Martin Wishart have struck a new partnership to run the up-market restaurant at Cameron House Hôtel by Loch Lomond.
Mr Wishart, who runs his Michelin-starred Edinburgh restaurant of the same name, said: 'It's fantastic to be announcing some good news after the trials and tests of the pandemic and I'm excited to be returning to the iconic Cameron House Resort.
Cameron House acknowledged Tamburrini and Wishart had a long relationship after working together over twenty years at the Michelin-starred Martin Wishart restaurant in Leith and in The Honours in Edinburgh.
Cameron House is expected to reopen the Cameron Grill restaurant, Great Scottish Bar and Terrace and a new leisure club today.
