The Scottish National Investment Bank has invested £4.45 million in Highland Coast hotels to help promote more sustainable and community-led welcomed travellers along the North Coast 500 tourist route.

The loan will be available to finance the modernisation of the Royal Golf Hotel in Dornoch, the Royal Marine Hotel in Brora, Newton Lodge in Unapool and Kylesku Hotel in Kylesku.
