SpiceBox to Open First Permanent Location in London.

A vegan Indian street food vendor, SpiceBox, is to open its doors in London at the end of January 2019, serving classic Indian dishes, all completely meat-free. The restaurant is run by Grace Regan, who used to trade with KERB.
It is said that the menu is to be modern Indian dishes with a plant-based spin. The mains will include chicken substitutes like peppers, jackfruit jalfrezi and many other tasty treats, and their sides include SpiceBox’s signature dish, tarka dahl, which was voted as the ‘Best Dahl in Britain’ by the British Dahl Festival this year.
They will also keep along to the street food vibes, providing ‘street bites’ to the menu, which will consist of small plates of flavoursome food. They will also offer takeaway and plan to launch an in-house delivery service during March 2019.
Aiming high, they also intend to become the first zero waste Indian takeaway and delivery scheme in the UK, using reusable tiffin boxes on each customer’s first order and will be replaced each time an order is made.
